By entering, you are providing your personal information to Mighty Loud Enterprises. You agree that that Mighty Loud may share your information with Harley-Davidson and that Mighty Loud and Harley-Davidson may use your information in accordance with their individual Privacy Policies, which are found at https://www.mightyloud.com/privacy-policy and https://www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/footer/utility/privacy-policy.html respectively, and which may be updated without notice from time to time.

We do not sell or share your precise geolocation data with anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Your Choices 

You are not required to enable location services or to allow us to collect your precise geolocation in order to participate in the Promotion. Overview

The Jesse James Dupree Charity Ride Giveaway (“Charity Ride” or the “Promotion”), is sponsored by Mighty Loud Enterprises, Inc. ("Mighty Loud"), available through participating Harley-Davidson Dealers (“Participating Dealers”) only (Participating Dealer list available here) and consists of the following prize giveaway:

  • Prize Giveaway (5/23/2026): The Jesse James Dupree Charity Ride Giveaway offers one (1) prize (described below). One prize winner will be selected from all timely entries.  Entries into the Promotion will be accepted on May 23, 2026 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) through 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Entry Period”). For specific entry methods, winner selection and verification, see Prize Giveaway (below).

Eligibility: Promotion is open only to legal residents of Ohio who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Jesse James Dupree or Harley-Davidson and its affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, promotional and other vendor agencies, any prize suppliers, any other companies directly involved in the offer or administration of this promotion, and all of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors involved in the promotion, and the immediate family (parent, spouse, including common law spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are not eligible. 

Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Mighty Loud’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

You are not eligible to win the prizes offered in this sweepstakes if, in the 13 months preceding the start of this sweepstakes, you were confirmed as an eligible winner of a prize with an ARV over $600 through any Mighty Loud or Harley-Davidson Promotion. In addition, if you are determined to be a winner in this Promotion of a prize with an ARV over $600, you will be ineligible to participate further in this Promotion or any other such Promotion for the 13 months following acceptance of the prize. 

Prizes, Odds & Prize Restrictions

All prize values in these Official Rules are stated in United States Dollars (USD). The following prizes are available in this Promotion:

Grand Prize (1): One: (1) Guitar signed by all members of Jackyl. ARV: $500. 

Additional Prize - Charity Ride Prize (conditional): If the Grand Prize winner attends the Jesse James Dupree Charity Ride at Mad River Harley-Davidson at 5316 Milan Rd, Sandusky, OH 44870 on June 4, 2026 during registration between 10:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. ET, the winner will also receive:

  • One (1) registration in the Jesse James Dupree Charity Ride (subject to winner possessing a valid motorcycle license and providing their own motorcycle; ride participation is subject to the Ride’s own requirements and policies). ARV: $20

  • Two (2) VIP tickets to the Jackyl concert on 6/4/26 at Jackson Street Pier: ARV: $50

  • One (1) meet and greet with the band Jackyl: 

    • The meet and greet with Jackyl has no cash value and is subject to the sole discretion of Jackyl. If any such prize element is unavailable or cannot be or is not fulfilled for any reason, that winner will not be entitled to any substitution, remuneration or alternate prize element.

  • One (1) Jackyl swag bag: (ARV: $150) 

Inability to participate in the charity ride does not affect the winner’s eligibility for the concert tickets, meet and greet, or swag bag, provided the winner registers at Mad River Harley-Davidson during the designated window. Travel to Mad River Harley-Davidson and/or the Jackyl show on June 4, 2026 is at the winner’s sole expense and is not included as part of any prize.

Total ARV for this Promotion (all prizes here): $720. The Additional Prize is forfeited if the winner does not appear at Mad River Harley-Davidson during the designated window. Forfeiture of the Additional Prize does not affect the winner’s receipt of the Grand Prize. 

Odds: The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Prize is subject to the sole discretion of Mighty Loud. All taxes, fees, costs, or other expenses or liabilities associated with any prize that are not expressly included in the prize descriptions above are the sole responsibility of each individual winner. 

No substitution of any prize is offered, no transfer of any prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. Mighty Loud reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes on prizes, and if applicable, winner(s) may receive an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documents for the retail value of any prizes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU WIN A PRIZE VALUED OVER $600 IN THIS PROMOTION OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY WON AND RECEIVED A PRIZE WITH AN ARV OVER $600 AWARDED BY MIGHTY LOUD OR HARLEY-DAVIDSON FOR THE 13 MONTHS FOLLOWING CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ELIGIBILITY, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY ADDITIONAL PRIZE VALUED OVER $600, INCLUDING PRIZE MOTORCYCLE(S), IN ANY CURRENT PROMOTION. 

The ARV of any prize may vary, depending on applicable variables including without limitation, date, options, availability, industry, supply and/or seasonal fluctuations. If the actual value of any prize is less than the ARV stated above, winner shall not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for the difference.

With respect to any prize, none of Mighty Loud, Harley-Davidson, or their respective affiliates or agents have made or will be responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law. 

Gift card prizes or prize components are subject to all terms and conditions thereon as well as any additional limitations or restrictions imposed by issuer.

Any images of any prize or prize components in advertising are for illustrative purposes only; actual items awarded as prize/prize components may differ from such images. Entrants agree that Released Parties (below) expressly disclaim all liability in conjunction therewith.

Prizes are non-transferable and do not have any cash equivalent. Noncash prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be sold, bartered or auctioned. The right to receive any prize is personal to winner and is not transferable. Any prize or portion thereof not accepted by any winner is forfeited and no cash or substitute will be offered or permitted. Prizes may not be substituted except that Mighty Loud in its discretion may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, with a prize or portion of equal or greater value if it deems necessary. Any such changes will be announced. 

Grand Prize Giveaway

  1. How to Enter

There are two (2)  ways to enter the Promotion: 

  • Visit and Scan at participating retailers: During the Promotion Entry Period, visit participating retailers and scan QR code & follow directions. You will receive one (1) entry in this Promotion for this initial registration entry. For each time during the Promotion Entry Period that you enter a keyword you  receive one (1) entry in this Promotion. 

  • Email: To enter without going to a retailer, send an email to contestentry@mightyloud.com during the Promotion Entry Period with your name, address, date of birth, email address and phone number. You will receive one (1) entry in this Promotion for each email entry. 

Limit maximum of two (2) entries total per person and per email address throughout this Promotion, regardless of method of entry. You may receive one (1) entry during the Promotion for registering and one (1) for entering a keyword. All entrants have the opportunity to submit a total of two (2) entries. 

All entries must be submitted and received by Mighty Loud by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 23, 2026 to be eligible for the Prize Giveaway. Mighty Loud assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, garbled, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. All entries become the property of Mighty Loud and will not be returned or acknowledged. All entries are subject to the “General Entry Restrictions” section below. 

General Entry Restrictions

The following entry restrictions apply to the entire Promotion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, nor are they permitted to share the same phone number. All additional entries submitted over the stated limits as defined herein will be considered void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries (as outlined in these Official Rules) by using multiple/different email addresses or phone numbers, identities, registrations, logins, or any automated system or other methods will void that entrant's entries in Mighty Loud’s discretion and that entrant may be disqualified. 

Any Keyword can only be used once per person and per email address for the Promotion. Any attempts to use this Keyword for additional entries will be void. For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility requirements and all other limitations, exclusions, and releases set forth throughout these Official Rules apply with equal force to this Promotion as a whole, unless expressly stated otherwise in this section. 

Mighty Loud is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. Mighty Loud is not responsible for lost, garbled, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unreceived entries.

Disqualification of Winners

Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to initial contact within forty-eight (48) hours, fails to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), declines to accept the prize, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible for any reason, Mighty Loud reserves the right to disqualify that winner, who will forfeit the prize, and to attempt to verify an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining entries. 

Mighty Loud, in its discretion, will conduct a minimum of three (3) alternate drawings (if necessary) as described above, but will endeavor, time permitting, to award the prize, after which the prize may remain unawarded.

Miscellaneous

Mighty Loud's decisions as to the administration and operation of the entirety of this Promotion and the selection of all prize recipients are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in this Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent to Mighty Loud’s and Harley-Davidson’s and their respective agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 

General Conditions: Mighty Loud reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Promotion in whole or on part, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of Promotion or the respective prize drawings, or any event or cause beyond Mighty Loud’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Promotion and/or their respective prize drawings, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Mighty Loud in its sole discretion. In such event, Mighty Loud, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Mighty Loud reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Promotion, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion in whole or in part may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Mighty Loud reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mighty Loud’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

Liability Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Mighty Loud, Mighty Loud Enterprises, Harley-Davidson, and all of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, relating to, arising out of, or in connection with participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize herein referenced.

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion, including without limitation, any drawing in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion entry process or any of the drawings herein; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, selection of winners, award of prizes or otherwise in the administration of the Promotion; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged or stolen mail; (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Mighty Loud reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims or otherwise in its sole discretion. 

Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, related to, or in connection with the Promotion or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court sitting in Cobb County, Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Mighty Loud in connection with the Promotion or any prize awarded, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. By entering, entrant also agrees to hereby expressly and irrevocably waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in any way relating to, arising out of, or in connection with the entirety or any part of this Promotion. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Mighty Loud, which shall be final and binding. Mighty Loud reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all individuals (and their entries) who tamper with the entry process.

By participating in this Promotion and submitting an entry, you agree to receive by mail, email, phone call, or text message communications from Mighty Loud in the administration of this Promotion as well as communications from Harley-Davidson, including your the Participating Dealer, by mail, email, phone or text. If at any point you do not wish to receive such communications, including at time of entry, you may choose to opt out at any time. If you choose to opt out of communications from Mighty Loud during the pendency of this Promotion, you may forfeit your opportunity to win if the opt out results in Mighty Loud's inability to contact you.
